By using the Valreon application, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable legislation. Valreon is a social platform that allows users to create events, participate in events, and interact with other users. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes, respecting community safety and the rights of other users.
You are responsible for the security of your account, the confidentiality of your login information, and all activities performed through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you should immediately change your password and contact us if necessary. The use of the application by users under 18 years of age may require parental/guardian supervision and consent under applicable legislation; age verification and restriction policies may also apply.
You are responsible for the text, photos, images, and similar content you share on the application. Sharing content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, inciting violence, containing hate speech, violating personal rights, harassing, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing copyright/trademark rights is prohibited. Valreon reserves the right to remove such content, limit its visibility, suspend/terminate user accounts, and report to authorities when necessary, in order to ensure community safety and fulfill its legal obligations.
Valreon's name, logo, interface design, software, texts, and all intellectual property elements related to the application belong to Valreon or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, reverse engineering, commercial use, or transfer to third parties of the application or its content is prohibited. The intellectual responsibility for user content within the application belongs to the relevant user; however, your content may be hosted and displayed as part of the technical processes necessary for the provision of the service.
Valreon provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accessible. Access interruptions may occur due to internet infrastructure, device-related problems, maintenance/improvement work, security measures, or force majeure reasons. Valreon's liability for interactions between users and any disputes, negativities, or damages that may occur at events is limited to the extent permitted by applicable legislation; users are expected to exercise caution in their relationships with third parties.
Valreon may make changes to its products and services, add new features, or discontinue some features. When the Terms of Use are updated, the current text will be published within the application and will be effective as of the effective date. Continuing to use the application means you accept the updated terms.
